Evana is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Powerlifting Coach with experience coaching various age groups and skill levels - from the first day in the gym, all the way to competing on a Powerlifting Platform. With a strong focus on correct technique, training for longevity, and evidence-based programming, Evana ensures that her clients are given the tools and knowledge to be their strongest and most confident self both inside and outside the gym
